excellent service at every turn
great service big rooms comfortable beds
don gave us great service throughout our entire stay. the rooms are big and well kept. comfortable beds provided restful nights.
cigarette smoke came through the air conditioning unit during one night. it made sleeping uncomfortable.

amazing stay!
friendly staff excellent service perfect location breakfast range
i found the staff friendly . chester and don really stood out, providing really good service. the location was perfect for exploring the old quarter. breakfast at skyline restaurant was a highlight, with a wide range of vietnamese and western dishes.
the pool area felt a bit dated, it needed some more seating and shade (a bit disappointing).

the room was well-designed and very clean with comfortable beds, i enjoyed that. the air conditioning was effective and quiet, which i valued. the bathroom had a good water pressure, it.

the hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter, near the lake. many attractions are within easy walking distance from the hotel. numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are located just steps from the entrance.

the customer care team, especially chester, was very dedicated. the staff members were always ready to help and always seemed kind.

the skyline restaurant has diverse breakfast options, really delicious. the breakfast buffet included both vietnamese and western dishes, which i enjoyed. the rooftop bar offers nice views and refreshing drinks (a nice plus after a day of exploring).

mixed feelings about My Stay
I found some issues . It was not nice. the pool area looked old and dirty. It was not well-kept. the breakfast options seemed mostly westernized. I wanted more local choices.
