I had a fantastic stay at the Hanoi Tirant Hotel, enjoying their beautiful, clean rooms and friendly staff. The location in the Old Quarter made exploring easy, and the breakfast was delicious. However, I did notice some signs of wear in the facilities, like the air conditioning not working outside of my presence. Overall, I felt well cared for and satisfied with my experience.

Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, but my experience at the Skylounge restaurant for dinner fell short due to the quality of the food.

While the hotel offers great amenities like room service and a rooftop bar, some areas, like the restaurant during peak times, felt cramped.

My stay at Hanoi Tirant Hotel was good overall. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, although I did miss having access to the rooftop bar. The breakfast offered a great variety, which I really appreciated. Just a few minor inconveniences kept it from being perfect, like limited seating at the rooftop pool, which could get crowded.

The facilities were generally great. The rooftop pool was a refreshing escape after a day out, though I wished there were more seating and shade options. I appreciated the availability of a purified water dispenser too.

I enjoyed the delicious dining options and the relaxing pool, although I wished the seating area had more sunlight. However, I faced an issue with a forgotten item, which affected my experience slightly.

My stay at the Hanoi Tirant Hotel was good overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter. Although there were some minor issues with the room cleanliness and a peculiar smell in the bathroom, the excellent dining options and beautiful rooftop views made up for it. I left with great memories and would consider returning.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, though my suite had a somewhat dusty sofa and a persistent bathroom smell. Nonetheless, the king-sized bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the high standard of the decor. The room also had large TVs, which added to the comfort.

The hotel's location was ideal, just a stone's throw from Hoan Kiem Lake and within walking distance to various attractions in the Old Quarter. While the facilities included a rooftop bar and a fitness room, the fitness center was quite small and lacked equipment for serious workouts. However, the rooftop bar was a great spot to unwind after a long day, even if shade was limited during peak sun hours.
